Responsibilities:

• Design and format RFP documents in a professional and visually appealing manner
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and create persuasive content for proposals
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all requirements and deadlines are met
• Review and edit proposal drafts to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Manage document version control and maintain a library of templates and materials
• Conduct research to support proposal development and enhance the company's offerings
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in RFP design and proposal writing

Skill Sets:

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail
