Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate rigging crew activities
• Ensure that all rigging operations are performed safely and efficiently
• Inspect rigging equipment and ensure proper maintenance
• Train new rigging crew members on safe rigging practices
• Develop rigging plans and communicate them to crew members
• Monitor rigging operations to ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate rigging activities
