Job Overview:
One of our client based in Dubai are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Marketing Executive to join their flooring division. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in the interior industry, particularly in flooring solutions. This role requires a proactive individual who can drive sales, build strong client relationships, and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our flooring products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development:
   - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the flooring sector.
   - Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and property developers.
   - Meet sales targets and objectives set by the management.
   - Negotiate contracts and close agreements with clients.

2. Marketing Strategy:
   - Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote flooring products and services.
   - Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth.
   - Coordinate promotional activities and campaigns to enhance brand visibility.

3. Customer Relationship Management:
   - Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
   - Respond to inquiries and resolve customer complaints promptly.
   - Maintain a database of existing and potential clients.

4. Technical Expertise:
   - Understand the technical aspects of various flooring materials and products.
   - Advise clients on the best flooring solutions based on their requirements and preferences.

5. Reporting and Analysis:
   - Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
   - Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Marketing Executive in the interior industry, preferably in flooring solutions.
- Strong knowledge of flooring materials, installation techniques, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
