We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Science Head of Department (HOD) to lead our Science department. The Science HOD will be responsible for overseeing the curriculum development, teaching strategies, and assessment methods for the Science department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Science education and experience in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing the Science curriculum
• Supervising and supporting Science teachers
• Conducting regular assessments to measure student progress
• Collaborating with other department heads to ensure a cohesive educational experience
• Communicating with parents and stakeholders about department activities and student performance

Skill Sets

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Deep knowledge of Science curriculum and teaching strategies
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Experience in curriculum development and assessment design
