Job Description: HR Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding process
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Conduct orientation sessions and trainings for new employees
  • Handle employee inquiries and requests regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Assist with performance management processes
  • Coordinate employee benefits and payroll administration
  • Support HR projects and initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
