The Senior Accountant - Group Costing & Budgeting is responsible for overseeing the cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes within the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles and the ability to collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain cost models to analyze the financial performance of various projects and departments
• Prepare and oversee the annual budgeting process, including collaborating with department heads to establish financial goals and objectives
• Monitor and analyze budget variances to identify potential cost-saving opportunities
• Provide guidance and support to junior accountants and finance teams on cost analysis and budgeting best practices
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations
