Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects within the organization
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to ensure successful completion of projects on time and within budget
• Develop and implement project management processes and best practices to optimize project delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with overall business objectives
• Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure project success
• Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders and senior management
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to minimize impact on project outcomes

Required Skills:

• Extensive experience in engineering project management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Knowledge of industry best practices and standards
• Experience with project management tools and software
