Senior HR Executive Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Overseeing the recruitment process and collaborating with department managers to identify staffing needs
• Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations
• Managing employee relations, including resolving conflicts and conducting workplace investigations
• Developing and managing employee benefit programs
• Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees and managers
• Overseeing training and development programs for employees
• Handling disciplinary actions and terminations when necessary
• Participating in strategic planning and decision-making as a member of the executive team
