The Senior HR Officer is responsible for providing high-level support to the HR department and assisting with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and training and development. The role requires a depth of knowledge and experience in HR best practices and compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on all HR-related matters
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees and managers
• Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
• Administer HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with labor laws
• Coordinate training and development programs for employees
• Compile and analyze HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
