• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including interviewing and onboarding new employees
• Oversee employee relations, including resolving conflicts and ensuring fair treatment of all employees
• Manage performance evaluation and feedback processes
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR
• Handle all HR-related inquiries from employees
