Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization
• Oversee the provision of support services for individuals with disabilities, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure the integration of inclusive practices across all programs and services
• Manage a team of inclusion specialists and support staff, providing supervision and guidance
• Evaluate the effectiveness of inclusion and support services through data analysis and stakeholder feedback
• Stay up-to-date on best practices and industry trends in diversity and inclusion to inform decision-making
