Senior QA QC Engineer

Job Description:

The Senior QA QC Engineer is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and quality control processes in all stages of development and implementation of products and services. They will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures and ensuring best practices are followed throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the QA QC team in conducting quality assurance tests and inspections.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Review and analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare reports and documentation on quality assurance and quality control activities.
• Train and mentor junior QA QC engineers to ensure the highest level of quality assurance standards.

Skill Sets:

• Strong knowledge of quality assurance and quality control methodologies.
• Experience in developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
