The Server Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the company's servers. They ensure the stability, security, and performance of the servers, as well as troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise. The Server Administrator also works closely with other IT professionals to ensure seamless operations across the network.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain server hardware and operating systems
• Monitor server performance and troubleshoot issues
• Implement security measures to protect servers from cyber threats
• Ensure data backups are performed regularly and securely
• Collaborate with the IT team to optimize server infrastructure
• Provide technical support to end users and resolve server-related issues

Skill Sets:

• Strong knowledge of server hardware and operating systems
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
• Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell or Bash
• Understanding of network protocols and security best practices
