Job Description: Service Desk Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end-users regarding hardware and software issues
  • Respond to IT service requests and troubleshoot problems in a timely manner
  • Document all support interactions and resolutions in a ticketing system
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and peripherals
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues

Skill Sets:

  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and other IT management tools
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic understanding of networking principles and protocols
