Job Title: Site Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor all on-site construction activities
• Ensure compliance with construction plans and specifications
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
• Resolve any construction-related issues that may arise
• Regularly inspect construction sites and report progress to the project team

Skill Sets:

• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience with project management software is a plus
