Responsibilities:

• Oversee construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
• Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution
• Perform regular inspections on-site to ensure all work meets quality standards and safety regulations
• Create and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
