Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen operations
  • Overseeing food preparation, cooking, and presentation
  • Supervising kitchen staff and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
  • Developing new menu items and recipes
  • Ordering ingredients and supplies
  • Training and mentoring junior kitchen staff
