A Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for an organization. They work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and collect feedback
• Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process
• Collaborate with HR to onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition
