Teaching Assistant Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and instructional activities
• Provide support to students in the classroom, including individual tutoring and small group instruction
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
• Assist with classroom management and behavior intervention strategies
• Grade assignments and provide feedback to students
• Attend staff meetings and professional development opportunities
