Job Description:

A Telecom NOC (Network Operations Center) Engineer is responsible for maintaining and monitoring the network infrastructure of a telecommunications company. They ensure the network is functioning efficiently and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
• Install, configure, and maintain network equipment and software
• Collaborate with other teams to implement network upgrades or changes
• Create and maintain documentation of network configurations and procedures
• Respond to network outages and work to resolve them in a timely manner
