Job Description: Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead warehouse staff to ensure efficient and accurate operation of the warehouse
• Manage and oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products
• Develop and maintain warehouse policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular inventory counts
• Train, coach, and mentor warehouse staff to improve performance and productivity
• Ensure a safe working environment and enforce all safety regulations
