The Warehouse Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, including managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and supervising warehouse staff. They ensure that all warehouse activities are conducted safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise warehouse staff and monitor their performance
• Coordinate and prioritize daily warehouse activities
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate counts
• Organize and maintain warehouse space
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments
• Coordinate outgoing shipments and ensure on-time delivery
• Implement and enforce safety protocols
• Train new warehouse staff
• Identify areas for improvement and implement process efficiencies
