The Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met. They serve as the main point of contact between the company and the client, managing all aspects of the client account and coordinating with internal teams to deliver on client expectations.

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Act as the main point of contact for all client communication
• Understand client needs and objectives and ensure they are met
• Work with internal teams to develop and deliver client projects
• Monitor account performance and report on key metrics
• Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention
