The Accounts Payable cum Receivable Executive is responsible for managing the company's financial transactions related to accounts payable and accounts receivable. They will oversee the invoice processing, vendor payments, customer invoicing, and collections processes. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices in a timely manner
• Handle vendor inquiries and resolve any discrepancies
• Prepare and send customer invoices
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue payments
• Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Assist with month-end closing activities
• Prepare financial reports related to accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
