We are currently seeking a talented Architectural BIM Modeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, construction, and BIM modeling. As an Architectural BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models of buildings and structures for various construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate and detailed 3D models of architectural designs using BIM software
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure accurate representation of project designs
• Generate construction documentation and drawings from BIM models
• Coordinate and manage BIM models throughout the design and construction process
• Perform clash detection and resolve any conflicts between disciplines
• Stay current on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology

Skill Sets

• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD Architecture, or ArchiCAD
• Strong understanding of architectural design and construction processes
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
