Responsibilities:

• Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations of the company
• Supervise and support staff members to ensure efficient work practices
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to achieve company goals
• Manage budgets and financial activities, including monitoring expenses and revenue
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Assist in employee training and development
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of financial management and budgeting
• Experience in customer service and conflict resolution
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
