We are currently seeking a BIM Coordinator to join our team. The BIM Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of Building Information Modeling (BIM) on construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating BIM models and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the models throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage BIM models for multiple projects
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of BIM models
• Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement BIM standards and best practices
• Provide training and support to project teams on BIM software and processes
• Participate in clash detection reviews and resolution
• Assist in the development of BIM execution plans

Skill Sets

• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of construction processes and building systems
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in clash detection and coordination
• Knowledge of BIM standards and best practices
