We are seeking a motivated and experienced Techno Functional Project Delivery Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex projects that require both technical and business acumen. The Techno Functional Project Delivery Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of complex projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
• Collaborate with technical teams to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure project objectives are aligned with business goals.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues in a timely manner.
• Act as a liaison between technical and business teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
• Monitor project progress and report status to senior management on a regular basis.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, including mentoring and coaching as needed.

Skill Sets:

• Strong project management skills, including experience with project planning, budgeting, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Technical expertise in software development and IT infrastructure, with the ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Previous experience in a techno-functional role is preferred.
• Certifications such as PMP or Prince2 are a plus.
