The Chief People Officer is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources and talent management within the organization. Responsibilities:

• Lead the human resources department in all activities related to talent acquisition, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with legal requirements and support the company's overall mission and objectives.
• Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve organizational goals related to employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees in resolving HR issues and conflicts.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Stay abreast of HR trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains a competitive employer in the market.
