The Civil Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all construction activities at a project site, ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget. They work closely with project managers and contractors to coordinate resources, resolve any issues, and maintain high safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise all construction activities, including earthwork, concrete work, and structural steel erection.
• Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors and ensure that all work is being done according to the project plans and specifications.
• Monitor the progress of construction activities and provide regular updates to project managers.
• Ensure that all work is being performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all construction activities.
