The Customer Service-SOP Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of customer service processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs). They are the point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer inquiries and complaints through various communication channels
• Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs for customer service operations
• Train customer service representatives on SOPs and company policies
• Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas of improvement
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards
