The Director of Continuous Improvement & Transformation is responsible for leading and driving continuous improvement initiatives and transformation projects within the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify opportunities for process optimization and lead cross-functional teams to implement changes that drive efficiency, effectiveness, and overall business performance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a continuous improvement strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities
• Drive process optimization and transformation projects from inception to implementation, ensuring key milestones are met
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess current processes and identify areas for improvement
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the impact of process improvements
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on the progress of continuous improvement initiatives
• Coach and develop team members to build a culture of continuous improvement and transformation

Skill Sets:

• Proven experience leading continuous improvement and transformation initiatives in a corporate setting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience developing and implementing process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile
• Strategic mindset with the ability to drive change and deliver results
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
