Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and seat guests in the dining area
• Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently
• Take guests' orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any guest complaints or issues
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Assist with setting tables and preparing for service
• Collaborate with waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow

Skill Sets:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer service oriented and able to work well under pressure
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of food and beverage menu items
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
