Responsibilities:

• Create detailed drawings based on specifications provided by engineers and architects
• Revise drawings based on feedback from project managers and clients
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure accuracy and adherence to project deadlines
• Utilize drafting software to create 2D and 3D models of structures and components
• Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and regulations
• Maintain organized files and documentation for all projects
• Provide support during construction phase by interpreting drawings and assisting with any design changes

Skill Sets:

• Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SolidWorks
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drawing creation
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of construction materials and techniques
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Understanding of building codes and regulations
• Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements
