Responsibilities:

• Welcoming guests and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service
• Handling guest reservations and checking guests in and out of the property
• Managing guest feedback and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Developing and maintaining relationships with guests to enhance their overall experience

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using hotel management software and reservation systems
