Senior Estimation Engineer

Job Description:

The Senior Estimation Engineer is responsible for preparing accurate and timely cost estimates for construction projects. They will analyze project specifications, blueprints, and other documentation to determine the scope of work and materials needed. The Senior Estimation Engineer will also work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure that all estimates are comprehensive and competitive.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects
• Analyze project specifications and blueprints
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to determine project requirements
• Review and evaluate cost factors such as labor, materials, and equipment
• Identify potential cost savings and value engineering opportunities
• Present estimates to clients and stakeholders
• Monitor project cost performance and make adjustments as needed
• Ensure that all estimates are in compliance with industry standards and regulations
