The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing the human resources and administrative functions of the company. They will play a key role in recruiting, training, and retaining employees, as well as ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Manage employee benefits and compensation
• Provide training and development opportunities for staff
• Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Manage office supplies and equipment
• Coordinate meetings and events
• Handle payroll and other administrative tasks
