Job Description: Retail Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the sales team to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets
• Train and coach sales staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas of improvement
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure excellent customer service
• Ensure proper merchandising and visual presentation of products in the store
• Coordinate with store management on inventory levels and orders
• Assist in hiring and training new sales staff

Skill Sets:

• Previous experience in retail sales
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
• Knowledge of merchandising and visual presentation best practices
