HR & Admin Manager Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Maintain administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
  • Manage office supplies and equipment procurement and maintenance

Required Skill Sets:

  • Proven work experience as an HR & Admin Manager
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related field
