The HR Administrator is responsible for supporting the overall human resources functions within an organization. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks that contribute to the efficient operation of the HR department.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and preparing new hire paperwork
• Maintain employee records and update HR systems with accurate information
• Process payroll and benefits administration tasks
• Provide support for employee relations issues and assist with performance management processes
• Manage employee training and development programs
• Assist with HR policy development and implementation
