The HR Business Partner is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. This role serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues and works collaboratively with senior leadership to drive organization-wide initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Advise and coach managers on employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs and facilitate recruitment processes
• Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and develop solutions to improve employee engagement and retention
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
