Job Description

The Lead Accounts Receivable Accountant is responsible for managing the accounts receivable department and ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer payments. This role involves supervising a team of accounts receivable clerks, overseeing the collection of outstanding debts, and reconciling customer accounts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train accounts receivable clerks
• Process and post customer payments
• Monitor outstanding debts and follow up with customers to collect payments
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare aging reports and analyze accounts receivable data
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues
