An HR Business Partner is responsible for partnering with business leaders to provide strategic HR support and guidance. The HR Business Partner acts as a consultant to management on HR-related issues and helps to create a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's goals
• Partnering with business leaders to understand their needs and provide HR solutions
• Advising on talent management, organizational design, employee relations, and performance management
• Managing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts
• Collaborating with the HR team to deliver comprehensive HR services to the business
• Monitoring HR metrics and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement
