The HR Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding process, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
• Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures, as well as federal and state regulations.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with benefits administration and payroll processing.
• Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
