An HR Coordinator is responsible for assisting with various HR duties within an organization. This role involves supporting the HR team in recruiting, onboarding, and managing employee benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment efforts, such as posting job openings and scheduling interviews
• Onboard new employees and ensure they have all necessary paperwork completed
• Manage employee benefits, including enrollment and changes
• Assist with training and development initiatives for employees
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Handle employee inquiries and complaints regarding HR policies and procedures

Skill Sets:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
• Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressure
