Responsibilities

• Assist with the recruitment process by posting job listings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
• Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and answering employee questions
• Support the HR team with projects and initiatives as needed
