An HR Executive is responsible for managing the overall HR functions of an organization. They play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and other HR activities.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and onboarding new employees
• Managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Administering employee benefits and compensation programs
• Coordinating training and development programs
• Ensuring legal compliance with all HR regulations
• Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees

Skill Sets

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience with HRIS software
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
