An HR Generalist is responsible for various HR functions within an organization, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. They act as a resource for employees and management on HR-related issues and ensure the organization is in compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruiting and onboarding process for new hires
• Coordinate and conduct employee training and development programs
• Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to employees and management
• Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures
• Administer performance management processes, including employee evaluations and feedback
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
• Participate in HR initiatives and projects as needed
