An HR Intern is responsible for assisting with various human resources tasks and projects within the organization. This role provides valuable experience in the field of HR and supports the HR team in day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment processes such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientation sessions
• Assist with employee relations by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and enhance the employee experience

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
