Job Description: HR Manager - GCC Operation

Job Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Overseeing the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Managing employee relations, including handling employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
• Creating and implementing performance management systems to track employee performance and development.
• Developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in the GCC countries.
• Conducting training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and capabilities.
• Managing the payroll and benefits administration process.
• Handling employee activities and events to promote a positive work culture and improve employee engagement.

Skill Sets:

• Strong knowledge of HR practices and legislation in the GCC countries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Previous experience in HR management roles in the GCC region.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• HR certification (e.g. PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
